EDDYFI PECA PROBE

The Eddyfi Lyft® Scab Kit with the PECA™ High-Resolution Probe is a specialized NDT solution for fast, accurate wall thickness assessment under scabs, scale corrosion, and blisters. Using Pulsed Eddy Current Array (PECA) technology, it enables in-service inspections without the need for surface preparation or radiation. Its patent-pending probe features dual sensors with spatial triangulation, delivering up to 3.5× better signal-to-noise ratio than conventional methods. Covering 75 mm in a single pass, it supports dynamic scanning modes and real-time C-scan imaging. With compatibility for wall thicknesses from 3–19 mm and liftoff up to 50 mm, the lightweight, rugged kit is ideal for inspecting pipelines, storage tanks, and other critical infrastructure.
