MACARTNEY NEXUS MKIV MULTIPLEXER

The NEXUS MK IV by MacArtney is a next-generation fibre optic multiplexer system designed for ROV/ROTV-based multibeam and survey sensor integration. Building on the success of the NEXUS MK I, the MK IV supports all standard multibeam sonars and survey sensors, using CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) to transmit multiple high-speed data streams over a single-mode optical fibre.

Unlike its predecessor, the MK IV does not interface video cameras, focusing instead on multibeam sonar signal handling, sensor power distribution, and software-controlled switching and monitoring.
