SONATEST ROLLER PROBE AWP & CWP

The Corrosion WheelProbe is an ergonomic ultrasonic scanner developed for corrosion mapping of pipes, pipelines, and vessels. It features a conformable, water-filled tire, ensuring even pressure and excellent coupling across corroded or rough surfaces without needing mechanical water pumps—just a fine mist of water is sufficient.

The system provides high-quality C-Scan imaging in both Time of Flight (ToF) and Amplitude modes, enabling accurate evaluation and sizing of corrosion defects, including small conical pits. It is particularly effective when paired with instruments like Sonatest RapidScan2, Olympus Omniscan, or AGR Handyscan.
