The Sitescan Series 500S & D-50 by Sonatest are versatile, broadband digital ultrasonic flaw detectors designed for general-purpose non-destructive testing (NDT). Built for reliability in harsh environments, these devices combine rugged IP67-rated enclosures with advanced software customization and field-upgradeable features. Ideal for weld fabrication, corrosion detection, forgings, castings, and general ultrasonic inspections, the Sitescan series offers flexibility across industrial applications.

Customizable Software: Split DAC/AVG, angle measurement mode, AWS/API compliance, and optional corrosion software with B-Scan capabilities. High Visibility Display: Color transfective VGA screen with 9 adjustable color palettes, optimized for readability in all lighting conditions.Robust Design: IP67 water/dust resistance, MIL-STD-810G compliance for shock/vibration, and operation in extreme temperatures (-10°C to 55°C). Advanced Measurement Modes: 7 measurement modes, including trigonometric beam-path analysis, echo-echo distance, and curved surface correction. Data Management: 4GB internal storage, UTLity Lite (free) and UTLity Pro software for inspection plans, data export, and firmware updates.Long Battery Life: Up to 18 hours runtime (11.4V Li-ion battery).
