VALEPORT CTD604 MK3

Rated for use at up to 3000m depths, and using technologically advanced sensors…

The Valeport CTD604 is a high-performance self-recording CTD probe, designed to measure conductivity, temperature, depth, salinity, speed of sound, and density. With a depth rating of up to 3000 meters, the CTD604 is built for a wide range of oceanographic studies, hydrographic surveys, and seismic operations.

The CTD604 uses advanced pressure-balanced inductive conductivity sensors, a high-speed platinum resistance thermometer (PRT) for temperature, and a strain gauge pressure transducer for depth measurements, making it suitable for both profiling and mooring installations. The instrument offers both self-recording and direct readingcapabilities, enabling flexible deployment and data acquisition in challenging environments.

With a programmable sampling regime and the ability to store up to 20,000 CTD records, the CTD604 is ideal for both short-term profiling and long-term monitoring.
