The Valeport CTD606 is a self-recording oceanographic profiler, designed for the accurate measurement of conductivity, temperature, depth, salinity, speed of sound, and density. Ideal for both profiling and fixed mooring installations, the CTD606 is perfect for a wide range of oceanographic studies, hydrographic surveys, and subsea research.

The CTD606 uses modular sensor technology, ensuring synchronous sampling of conductivity, temperature, and pressure at high frequencies (up to 8Hz), making it particularly suited for rapid profiling. It is designed to operate autonomously with its self-recording capability, but also offers real-time data output options via RS232, RS485, and RS422 communication interfaces.
