The CP Proximity Probe (UCP1B) is a lightweight and durable underwater tool used for cathodic protection potential measurements. Designed for use with manned or Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs), it features a hard-wearing DELRIN body and a replaceable silver/silver chloride half cell. The probe connects via a 3-meter cable and can be positioned close to the surface being tested to obtain accurate voltage readings. It is ideal for marine applications such as production and drilling platforms, ships’ hulls, and jetties, operating at depths up to 700 meters. The probe is easy to use, suitable for manipulator arm mounting, and comes with a Certificate of Conformity and Inspection.
