SREM FLUXO PHT

SREM FLUXO PHT is a red dye penetrant designed for detecting surface defects like cracks and voids in materials at high temperatures ranging from 50°C to 200°C. It’s widely used in aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing industries to inspect critical components. The penetrant is a liquid solution of petroleum distillates, nonionic surfactants, and red dyes, applied by spraying and followed by a developer (such as FLUXO RHT) to reveal defects. It complies with major standards like EN ISO 3452-2, ASME, and RCC-M. The inspection process includes cleaning the part with FLUXO NHT cleaner, applying the penetrant, removing excess, and then developing the surface to highlight flaws. For safety, it should be stored in a cool, ventilated area away from heat, and handled with proper protective gear.
