SREM PF510 Projector UV-A LEDS 5

SREM PF510 PROJECTOR UV-A LEDS 5 visible light projector…

The SREM PF 510 LED Projector is a portable UV-A light source designed to provide the necessary UV-A irradiance for non-destructive testing (NDT) applications, specifically for penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection. It uses LED technology to provide intense and consistent UV-A light, crucial for revealing surface defects such as cracks or voids under UV light. The projector has adjustable power settings to control the intensity of the UV light and is equipped with an anti-glare filter for improved safety during inspections.

Key Features:

  • UV-A Irradiance: Provides a maximum irradiance of 7,700 µW/cm² at position 0 and lower levels at positions 1 and 2, suitable for various testing requirements.

  • Adjustable Power Settings: Power can be adjusted between Position 0 (Full Power), Position 1, and Position 2, allowing for flexible light intensity depending on inspection needs.

  • LED Technology: Ensures high efficiency, low power consumption, and a long operational life (over 10,000 hours).

  • Compact and Lightweight: Weighs approximately 1 kg, offering portability and ease of use during inspections.

  • Wavelength: The projector operates with a peak wavelength of 365 nm ± 3 nm, providing ideal UV-A light for penetrant testing.

  • Visible Light: The visible light output is <0.7 lux at all power settings, ensuring minimal interference during inspection.

  • Safety: Complies with the Directive 2006/25/EC and Decree 2010-750, recommending UV-absorbing eyewear and protective clothing during use.

  • Cooling: Features forced ventilation for cooling, preventing overheating during extended use.
