This comprehensive ultrasonic testing kit is designed for Internal Rotary Inspection Systems (IRIS), making it ideal for tubing and pipeline inspections. It includes critical components for efficient field deployment, excluding the pump and filter unit. The kit features two high-speed turbines (up to 120 revolutions per second), three transducers with various frequencies and focal lengths, four 20-meter nylon cables, four centering devices (tulip-style or spring-loaded arms), a flood tube adapter, and a repair kit. Centering devices offer precise alignment for straight or bent tubes, while the durable polymer and mechanical design ensure smooth, wear-resistant operation in demanding environments.
