FLUXO 4 is a white contrast paint used in magnetic particle inspection to provide a high-contrast background, enhancing the visibility of black magnetic particles during testing. It is composed of solvents, white pigments, resin, and additives, designed for use on clean surfaces before applying magnetic ink. The product dries quickly and provides a strong contrast, making defect detection clearer under daylight. It is suitable for use in a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C and is compliant with multiple standards, including EN ISO 9934-2 and ASTM E1444. It is also nuclear grade, with low sulphur and halogen content.
