FLUXO 5

FLUXO 5 is a fast-drying, solvent-based remover specifically designed for eliminating white contrast paints used in magnetic particle inspection processes. It is manufactured by SREM Technologies in France. The product presents as a colourless liquid and is intended for use before and after non-destructive testing, especially in conjunction with other FLUXO products such as FLUXO 3, 215 (black inks) and FLUXO 4, 7 (white contrast paints).

It supports standards like EN ISO 9934-2, ASTM E1444, ASTM E709, ASME Section V, and RCC-M Code for nuclear-quality applications. Its formulation ensures low halogen and sulphur content, making it compatible with critical inspection environments. It offers mechanical stability and remains effective for a minimum of 60 months under proper storage.
