FLUXO 6

FLUXO 6 is a red/orange fluorescent magnetic ink suspension used in magnetic particle inspection to detect surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials. It is composed of fluorescent magnetic powder suspended in a petroleum distillate with a high flash point, ensuring safer handling and application. This product shows a low fluorescence background on inspected parts, enhancing defect visibility under UV light where defects appear as bright yellow-green fluorescent indications.

FLUXO 6 complies with several industry standards, including EN ISO 9934-2, ASTM E1444 and E709, ASME Section V, RCC-M Code, and aerospace standards like AMS 2641 and AMS 3045. It is low in sulfur and halogens, making it suitable for nuclear quality inspections.
