FLUXO 7

FLUXO 7 is a fast-drying white contrast paint designed for use in magnetic particle inspection to improve defect visibility by providing a high-contrast background. It is formulated from a mixture of solvents, white pigments, resin, and additives, and is free of acetone. This paint creates a bright white base layer on parts, enhancing the contrast against black magnetic particles (such as FLUXO 3 or FLUXO 215) applied during inspection.

The product is stable over time, meets several key industry standards (EN ISO 9934-2, ASTM E1444, ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, RCC-M, ASTM E709), and is suitable for nuclear quality applications due to low sulfur and halogen content. FLUXO 7 is manufactured by SREM Technologies in France.
