FLUXO 8702

FLUXO 8702 is a water-washable fluorescent penetrant used in nondestructive testing to detect surface defects such as cracks and porosities on metals and many synthetic materials. It produces bright, sharp indications with minimal fluorescent background, ensuring clear defect detection under UV light. The formulation is a stable solution of petroleum distillates, non-ionic surfactants, and fluorescent dyes without any water content, suitable for use between 0°C and 50°C.

The product meets multiple international standards and aerospace specifications, including EN ISO 3452-2, ASTM E1417, ASME Section V, SAE QPL AMS 2644, and approvals from Airbus, Boeing, Rolls Royce, Safran, and others. It also has excellent self-developing properties and can be used without additional developer if desired.
