SREM Black Magnetic Ink -Conforms to EN ISO 9934-2 and AMS High Contrast & Optimized Granulometry…

FLUXO 3 AERO is an aerosol-based black magnetic ink designed for magnetic particle inspection (MPI). It is formulated for use with magnetic particle testing systems to highlight cracks or surface irregularities in ferromagnetic materials. This product is made of a liquid suspension that contains fine particles of magnetic powder suspended in a suitable solvent. It is used for inspecting various materials, ensuring the detection of minor defects such as cracks, laps, seams, or voids in the surface of materials that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Key features include:

  • Black magnetic ink suitable for both fluorescent and visible inspection systems.

  • Available as an aerosol spray for easy application.

  • Extremely flammable aerosol with a pressurized container, and it may burst if exposed to heat.

  • Contains propellants such as Isobutane, Propane, and Butane, along with aliphatic hydrocarbons, making it highly flammable.

  • Requires protective equipment like gloves, eye protection, and suitable ventilation during use.

Hazards:

  • Flammable aerosol: Keep away from heat, open flames, and sparks.

  • Pressurized container: Can burst if exposed to high temperatures.

  • Health precautions: Avoid inhaling fumes, mist, or spray, and avoid skin or eye contact.

  • Environmental precautions: Ensure proper disposal according to local regulations, as the product should not be released into surface water or drains.
