SREM FLUXO RHT is a white developer specifically designed for use in the high-temperature penetrant testing system. It is applied after the penetrant has been used on a part and excess penetrant has been removed. The developer helps to reveal surface defects such as cracks and voids by providing a high-contrast white background that makes the penetrant indications more visible.

Key features include:

  • White developer: Provides a contrasting background for detecting surface defects.

  • Formulated with inert white particles suspended in a flammable volatile organic solvent.

  • Conforms to international standards such as EN ISO 3452 and ASME, and complies with RCC-M codes.

  • Low in sulfur and halogens, making it suitable for nuclear quality inspections.

  • Designed for high-temperature penetrant testing, with a temperature range from 50°C to 200°C.
