FLUXO P139

FLUXO P139 is a water-washable and solvent-removable red dye penetrant designed for nondestructive testing of metals and many synthetic materials. It is formulated as a stable solution of petroleum distillates with nonionic surfactants and red dyes, free from water, and features high resistance to overwash, ensuring reliable defect detection even in challenging conditions. The product performs effectively between 0°C and 50°C.

It complies with multiple international standards including EN ISO 3452-2 (Sensitivity Level 2), RCC-M Code, ASME Section V, ASTM E1417, and SAE QPL AMS 2644. The formulation is low in sulfur and halogens, suitable for nuclear applications (PMUC certified).
