NEOASTRA DGCUW

NEO ASTRA DGCUW is a high-quality fluorescent magnetic ink concentrate designed for underwater magnetic particle inspection (MPI). It fluoresces bright green under 365 nm UV black light, making defect detection easy. This water-based ink is diluted 10:1 with a carrier fluid for use in submersible systems. It offers excellent particle mobility and responds well to very low magnetic fields, ensuring effective detection of surface defects without coagulation. The ink is non-flammable and maintains a solid content of 0.25–0.75% by volume after dilution, providing safe and reliable performance in underwater MPI applications.
