SREM FLUXO 215

SREM FLUXO 215 is a water-based black magnetic ink used in magnetic particle testing to detect surface defects like cracks, seams, and voids in ferromagnetic materials. When applied to a magnetized part, the magnetic particles gather at discontinuities, making defects clearly visible against the black ink. It’s easy to apply via aerosol spray and ideal for dry magnetic particle inspection without the need for a liquid carrier. Low in sulfur and halogens, it meets standards for nuclear and industrial use, including RCC-M, ASME, and ISO 9934-2. For safe use, store in a cool, dry place, use in well-ventilated areas, and wear gloves and eye protection.
