SREM FLUXO R175

SREM FLUXO R175 is a white developer used in conjunction with penetrant testing (such as with FLUXO PHT or other red dye penetrants) or magnetic particle inspection systems. The developer is applied after the penetrant has been allowed to dwell and excess penetrant has been removed. The purpose of FLUXO R175 is to enhance the visibility of surface defects such as cracks and voids by providing a contrasting background that highlights the defects that have been penetrated with the red dye.

Key features include Non-aqueous developer that provides a clear, contrasting background to reveal surface defects. Applied as a white powder or suspension that forms a uniform layer when sprayed on the inspected surface. Complies with RCC-M, ASME, ISO 3452-2, and other relevant standards for non-destructive testing. Low in sulfur and halogens, making it suitable for nuclear-quality inspections. Ideal for use in high-temperature penetrant testing (50°C – 200°C).
